Here is how the challenge goes:
You will be practicing for 29 days on your own using these videos (repetition is the key to consistency)
On day 30th you will be invited to a LIVE Zoom Yoga practice with me. Yay! Can't wait to see you live.
During the week we will meet a couple of times in my club "The Mindful Mind Heart and Body" for check-ins and questions. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:15 am ET for about 40 mins.
Affirmations: Post a daily affirmation on your IG stories and tag me so I know you are on it
We will be begining on Monday, July 19th for this countdown.
