Over the course of 15 days I will give you one healthy habit to complete each day.
These habits will help you eat, move, sleep, think, and feel better!
The purpose of the challenge is to help increase your overall wellness ~ mind, body, heart.
In each email I will give you the daily habit along with steps for each one.
Different options will be provided as every person is at different levels, and you can select the best one for you.
At the end of the 15 days, you will have at list of different habits that you can incorporate into your daily routine that will help you live an energetic life from the inside out!
